Hello
Just got virginmedia fibre Tv/Phone on tuesday Untill that point my Live tv channels ie Dnatv/Ufo/Theking all worked perfect but now all i get is loading program guide+calculating time message on screen and nothing happens anybody having the same problem and is/what is the fix for it.

Probably need to disable virgin child protection and anti virus via the vm media web page
