DBMC is based on SPMC which was a kodi fork specifically developed for android boxes. I understand that the xconfluence skin is not supported on spmc and those that have attempted to install it have had crashing issues and lost icons.
Have you experimented with other skins to see if there is one you like?
Why not switch to kodi (17) and then you can use xconfluence?
Yes it works fine on Kodi 17, which is what I use when not using Librelec, but I would like to be able to use the large box that says DroidBox Media Centre, obviously this is not possible.
