App covered by screen

Wonder can anyone help when I launch the pure vpn app it displays like tbis with something overlaying over half of the start screen so I am unable to use it can anyone help I have tried changing display settings etc and deleting and reinstalling this is the only app it happens with help will be greatly appreciated cheers Pirate82

You might try settings - display - screen rotation and see if "force land" is checked.
(thats the option on android 5 at any rate)

Thanks for the reply there isn't any option for force land on this version i think its 7.1 the android version here's another screenshot which shows the offending screen that is overlaying just cant find the settings have done a full reinstall still the same

You could try one of the screen orientation apps from Google play store. I googled your problem and saw that several complaints about pure VPN screen orientation had been raised. Maybe also contact the developers/support, especially if you had paid for the app?

Thanks Nigelar i will check out the orientation apps you spoke of as for support its ongoing i have just sent the screen shots this morning usually they are quite good so will post if i get a solution
