First I'd try wiping XBMC's data. You'll need to re-run the XBMC wizard afterwards.
If that doesn't work, try a factory reset (Android Settings, Backup & Restore, Factory Reset/Wipe Data), again, after waiting 20 minutes at the Android launcher homescreen, don't forget the DroidBOX Wizard add-on in XBMC.
If that doesn't help, try flashing the latest firmware. Again, wait 20 minutes after completing any setup screens you're presented with, so you're sat at the Android launcher homescreen, then don't forget the DroidBOX Wizard add-on in XBMC.
