I bought this computer because the advert on Amazon said it’s quiet. I suppose “quiet” is a relative term.. but it’s really not. The fan runs all the time & it’s driving my partner nuts.
So… what can be done? Is there a safe way to turn off the fan (that won’t melt the components inside)?
Or can the contents be put into a bigger case?
Or ??
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

It is not recommeded to disable the fan. Whil the compnonent won't melt, they will thermal throttle resulting in the PC crashing. Have you made sure the pc's vents are clean of dust, have adequate space around the PC for air circulation and have cool ambient temperatures? Have you also set the power oprions in windows to power saver mode?
