Mx1 Mxq Pro Disconnecting wifi

Hi everyone

I have issue with mx1 and mxq pro tv box
It keeps reconnecting to wifi and disconnecting that every 2-3sec

It works ok through ethernet cable and by using hotspot

I tested it with hk1 lite and all seems to work fine with wifi

Looks like there is only issue with mxq boxes.

Any advice how to fix it?

If it is working with a hotspot then it could be that the devices are too far away from the wifi access point. How far away is it? Are there any walls, floors or large furniture for example in between?

Every other devices are working fine. Max 2m from device to router.
All boxes that were tested are brand new. Issue is only with mx1 and mxq pro. Like if something is blocking signal.

Once its connected it shows signal at max and disconnecting it every 2sec

For both devices? If it could be something else like the wifi signal. Try rebooting the router, and also change the wifi channel in the router settings. You could also try a factory reset of both devices, theres info how to do this at https://droidbox.co.uk/how-to/accessing-your-droidboxs-recovery-menu/.

An alternative is if they are close to the router is to try connecting via Ethernet and see if there are any issues there.

Both boxes were reset to factory settings and router had reset done aswell.
Through ethernet cable everything is working fine.
Its strange that problems are with mxq and mx1. Other brands work fine. I tested 5 mx1 boxes last night issue with wifi from router on all them
