Hi can anyone help I have just got a mx android box but can't get it to come on blue light on but says no signal? Had no trouble with my other

Hi i have the m8 box and I'm trying to get icefilms and hd cinema to work but they both will not load. Is there a problem with the app or my box?

In icefilms make sure it got the right domain typed in. Go into ice files and then press the menu button, then add-on setting. Make sure the URL is
http://ipv6.icefilms.info
See if this works for you, as for HDcinema I think the site is down.

Claire02, try an Ethernet cable and see if it's working, also set the time and date to. Also make sure all your cables are pushed in all the way. Power off and then retry.

Yer the URL is the one you have put on but still saying an error has occurred communicating with icefilms check your Internet connection and the ice films site. But I have good Internet connection

Start with the basics, is the power lead, and both ends of the HDMI lead securely attached?
If you use a different HDMI socket or TV, does it work?
Does the LED on the front of the iMX6 light up?
Are there any batteries in the infrared remote control, if so, point it at the front camera of a phone and turn on the camera app. Press some buttons on the remote, can you see the remote's LED flashing on your phone's preview of the picture?
Do other devices work if you plug them into the same a) Mains socket b) HDMI socket on your TV?
