Help please sorry im new??

Hi all!
I brought droidbox x7 ultimate,
off my neibour and worked for about 2 months now iv been locked out i think he called or emailed droidbox and changed or blacklisted device i paid £70 and really dont know what to do it was amazing untill this me and daughter gutted any help would be great as he wont help just denying it saying they dont work know more can i do any thing thanks in advance x

Or can i pay to get a new username and password some stuff still works but updates have stopped and most stuff cant watch judt want to start from scratch its a genuine box as he gave me original box with it and i see emailed receipt . thanks
