How do I get the Amazon app to sign me in it keeps rejecting me I have filled in the sign in name and password said I am in uk and have vpn on as I'm not in the uk I am a member of Amazon prime but no luck in signing in

Can any customers with Amazon Prime help out here? Is there an error message displayed on screen?

I'd double check which country your VPN is projecting as your origin, open up a browser and visit http://WhatIsMyIP.com (obviously on your device!)
