30 Minute Sleep

Every 30 minutes, and sometimes less and randomly, my box shows a pink screen and says it will sleep in 30 seconds and starts a countdown. I've gone to the settings, and there is a sleep option, and the max is 30 minutes, and there isn't a NEVER option.

Anyone know how to turn this off for good? It's a PITA when watching netflix, or SetTv and having to scramble for the remote. Trying to cut the cord, and this is one of the last hurdles.

If I've missed a fix, please share a link. I've been scouring looking for a fix and haven't seen anything yet.

I don't believe that is a machine supplied by droidbox.
Another owner had reported issues to the forum and a community member had mentioned that they had a reputation for crashing and freezing.

The advice was to contact the box supplier for help (and possible fixing/replacement if under warranty).

If out of warranty its possible a factory reset may help.
