    HI My box has been stuck on the screen with the android with the little blue circle turning and the led stuck on BOOT factory resets have made no difference and also just leaving it on for a while or unplugged for a while makes no difference it is only 3 weeks old can anyone help with this issue ?

    My screen is stuck on the android with the little symbol turning around in the middle of him and no matter what I try I can't get it to restart or dissapear Any ideas
