Mine is a Toshiba Regza 1080p flatscreen but it's around 8 years old, it's not a smart TV so mouse and keyboard definitely won't work lol. So you're saying the dongle ones probably wouldn't work with it?

I get that more cores aren't necessary for streaming (esp octa) but doesn't that mean when looking at the processor *for streaming purposes) the clock speed is the most relevant factor (before introducing cores-all the boxes I have looked at are quad core as a minimum)?
