Hi, the boxes are designed around the version of android, for example the Droix x4 is built with android 11. As far as updates are concerened, OTA updates with be available for as long as the android developers release update for the android version. Once they stop though, it will be considered EOL. However, if a version of an app is not compatible with your asndroid version, you should be able to source an older version that will run. We offer lifetime support to our customer regarding solving software issues and hardware issues will be supported for the length of your warranty.
