I have a X7 Ultimate that is having issues

I have the original Helix 14 set up and I am on Virgin media

The broadband speed has been checked and the wireless channel changed but the droidbox still continues to stop and buffer during live sports or just stop completely when watching a film

During the football on Phoenix it will buffer or just stop the channel and bypass the links page and take you back to the list of football matches

During a film last night it played it for 30mins with limited buffering then decided to switch if off and take me back to the links page

I am now getting quite annoyed as during the live sports it is very frustrating

Any help would be very appreciated

Might be down to storage, when did you clear cache last.
Go to your setting on the main android menu, then other, more setting and storage and check how much you have.
If it's low and your mics files are high it might be time to clear data in kodi and re-run the wizard. If this is the case it also might be worth updating to kodi 15.2.
If you go to play store you can download load it from here and add the wookie wizard yourself or download it from droidboxs main site where it has the wookie wizard on.
