Surprised to see no other threads here yet.
Had this box for a couple of weeks now. I nearly purchased one of the new Shields but came across this just before I ordered it. Glad I did as this box is excellent, a great upgrade from my T8SE (now relegated to the bedroom).
It's super fast and smooth and had no issues so far. Most noticable is what a huge increase in ping and mbps when using wifi. I have a 350mbps VM connection and get the full 150mbps speed from it, and usually over 90-110mbps when connected to my VPN.
If you're in the market for an upgrade I can highly recommend it. I did get it when it was 10% off in a sale. I upgraded as I purchased a 4k TV and wanted to watch more 4k content without buffering, and it certainly has achieved that !
My only complaint is the customer service I received regarding an issue with the remote, but that's a different story.
