Slow download speed on mxq pro 4k

A few things to consider:
- are you using a vpn?
- try a different ethernet cable
- what d/l speed do you get on wifi?
- are other devices using the internet connection?
In the event 25mbps is more than enough for streaming so i would not be inclined to worry to much

Dont use VPN
I tested the same ethernet i used for my lsbtob.. 200 Mbit with iT on labtob.
WiFi also 25 mbt on 2.4 GHz But thats also what i get all over the house on 2.4ghz. On 5 GHz i reach 200 Mbit. But this player dienst support 5 GHz.
Other devices arent connected except my pc..
The device stalls when i tri to watch the 30
+ gig blu-ray 4 k streams..
thats why i ASK.

It sounds like, for some reason you are not connected via ethernet. When you go into Android - settings - network does it clearly show wifi:not connected ethernet:connected?
I have run a speedtest using Ookla speedtest app on my Droix supplied machine (which is about 4 years old and also supports 5g wifi) and i am getting 250mbps d/load.
Maybe something is faulty and you should contact the supplier support? If a Droix supplied box their contact details are at the foot of this forum. Have your purchase details handy.

Also download the Speedtest app from the Google Play Store rather than trying the web browser version. It slows down a lot on the browser version.
