MXQ box not upgrading

Hi there
I am new to this forum so please excuse any errors.

I have a MXQ box that I am trying yo update.

Everytime I click on system update I get this error message..

Check failed! Check your OTA servier argent

Here are the other specs...

Model number MXQ
Android version 4.4.2
Build number .. KOT49H.20160111 test-keys

Kernel version

That sounds like an old box and a very old version of android. I suspect there are no updates for that box. Although you may be able to update some Google apps from the play store.
If things have stopped working because of the out of date version of android I would suggest getting a newer box preferably from Droix.
