How do I change location on T8?

Is there anyway to change location from "Shanghai" to "Ireland" on my device?

I'm trying to install an app and it won't so I'm thinking maybe it's down to this having the wrong location.

In settings I select "high accuracy" but it doesn't change anything.

The location field you're referring to is only used within the launcher. If you're having problems forcing Google to let you install an app, try the APK Downloader extension for Chrome - https://chrome.google.com/webstore/...ba?utm_source=chrome-app-launcher-info-dialog . You can then grab most APKs and install them on your device manually.
If you'd like some reassurance that Google don't think you're in Shanghai, visit http://WhatIsMyIP.com in Chrome or the browser app on your DroidBOX, it will resolve your IP and let you know the country it registers you as being in.
