Help needed,T8 update

Hi all, just tried to update and near the very end an red X came up on the Android on the screen and it stopped .
Switched it off tried it again but nothing ,any help please.

Sorry to here, if you switch your box off then back on what happens. If its not booting up you could try the restore button on the side by the USB ports. Power the box off and push this in and hold.....now power on still hold this in.
If you get the recovery menu up try clear cache and reboot, if this doesn't work do the same thing to get the recovery menu up, but this time do a factory reset. Then wait for it to reboot.
If none of this works then you will need to use live chat on Monday so the tech team at droidbox can help you.
This function is on droidboxs main site and is the green box in the bottom corner with chat or message in(office hours).

Thanks for replying ,I think I've messed up ,nothing is happening now , tried all you said and dead in the water now lol
hope they can manage to sort it out tomorrow,much appreciate you input.
