Has anybody figured out how to disable the Start-Up video in Android. So annoying when you´re trying to be discreet late at night. Not so much the video, but the music is so loud.

The video is not able to be disabled. You could mute the TV when you switch the device on and then unmute it after the animation. Or you can leave your device switched on, it is perfectly fine to do, I have had mine on for months at a time.
Might also be worth checking the OTA app @Frank Renshaw , I remember one of the models (at least) had a quieter version of the bootup video embedded in the firmware in the latest update.
