Thanks Dave the power button worked for neo-geo roms but not for mame. By the way you dont happen to have the ofw for rs-97 plus v3 anniversary edition i deleted my one by accident and i cant seem to find it on the net.

I'm some issues with the main rom folder on my handheld. I flashed the cfw for the handheld and then i loaded up the rom folder with roms making sure i put the roms in mame folder and the neo-geo folder But here's the thing my handheld could not find the roms. so i opened up the emulator folder...
