    The model I have is an X7 Ultimate which it says at the top of the post. Will these instructions still apply?

    XBMC still videos not working

    Internet working, YouTube is working, Show box is fine but in XBMC the video add ons which previously I had no problem with, I cannot get any video to play.

    I can access websites and I can view videos via YouTube. On XBMC, I cannot access anything now, across the screen it is going through every Add-on saying, Add-on is incompatible due to unmet dependencies. Would you like to disable it on your system? Yes or No

    I have tried all the video add ons that I normally use like Genesis and Go Movies but whatever movie I try I am unable to connect.

    Purchased new X7 Ultimate box within the last 2 weeks. I can watch live TV but I am unable to open movies.
