Yeah, I have tried everything it seems I have an issue they were working great the 1st year now they are a piece of crap no updates or fix for the clock not sure why they gave up on this box I bought two of these boxes I would not recommend them at all.

I have the same issue we need an update for these boxes I bought 2 please help.

Will there ever be an android version upgrade for this box or is that even possible?

I bought the device because i need it somewhere down that process the box was delivered with the wrong power cord I gave you guys 2 full weeks and you couldn't resolve the mistake done then when finally trying to do the right thing some one failed badly and send another wrong power cord video...

I have received your email and I am reporting that what took all the support team a 2 weeks to try to make this right with no success I have resolved out here in the USA in two days lol any ways moving on this box wont update its stuck on downloading what should I do ?

As I am trying to be as patient as I can at this point I made a video to show your team and who ever is in charge of making sure that customers get what they pay for on there first buy from your website as that is not the experience I have had.

I have no words for what support is doing, I just received another power cord that is not the right one for this box what is going on ? the yellow one is the one that came with my first box same model and was bought from Amazon the box with the issue on hand was bought here on this site can I...

I have sent the information that was requested all I need is the right power cord I will buy if that will speed up the process please advise.

Thanks I appreciate your response yeah I seen a few on ebay I wanted to buy from here as my box was picked up from amazon will take a look at the VIP air mouse and will most probably will buy it from here thanks again.:)
