Hi Alasdair, I ended up sending the unit back. It was a faulty card reader on my unit. The replacement unit works spot on. Hope they can sort you out quickly.

Hi Dave, Card in right way, contacts facing up and card locks into place when pushed in. I cannot see any debris in the card slot. Will email support now. Thanks, Al H

Hi there, Got my RG350 today with the bundled 64gb sd card. I can see that it is formatted to FAT32 and can see the directories and games on it when plugged into my Mac. When it's in the RD350 however, I cannot see it in DinguxCmdr or get to it when trying to set the folder for the emulators...
