I live in Portugal and us hola.org to give me a VPN so that I can access "blocked" sites such as BBC I Player. This works fine on my PC and laptop, however I downloaded the Android app to my Droidbox but it doesn't work, my IP address is not being blocked. Does anybody have any ideas?

Can you try Tunnel Bear, and see if that works, please? You'll need to install the Tun.KO service, see https://droidboxforums.com/threads/not-in-the-uk-but-want-to-watch-tv-from-home.20/#post-20 for details. If that works OK, but not Hola, it might be worth reporting the issue to the author(s).
Have tried tunnelbear as advised, when it tries to connect, it gives an error message - error digging tunnel and switches off!!??
@kevin byrne - Can you install Root Checker - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.joeykrim.rootcheck&hl=en - on your device, and let us know the results it gives, please?
